I will have to agree with you on that one. I never managed to pre-order mine before they sold out despite me constantly trying all day long. Im hoping that they will let us upgrade in store, I wan't mine on launch day!

Im sure alot of people will carry on using thier 1st gen iPhone as phone as the upgrade might not be major enough to justify an upgrade.
