iPhone 3G S: 600 MHz and 256 MB of RAM of fun
That’s right, the newly announced iPhone 3G S is approximately 182MHz faster than its older iPhone brothers. We know this thanks to T-Mobile of the Netherlands, which is not that surprising. I can’t remember the last time anyone thanked AT&T for anything, especially not the $200+ iPhone 3G loyal-repeat-early-adopter penalty. Continue Reading »
Pulsating App Store wall at WWDC wows attendees
This year at WWDC, Apple is doing something to amaze the attendees. In the Moscone West Center, they have created a “hyperwall” that consists of twenty edge-to-edge 30-inch Apple Cinema Displays, each of which are powered by a Mac Pro running Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. These displays show… Continue Reading »

Light-years ahead? I don’t think so.
Until the moment that the lights dimmed and Phil Schiller walked on stage, the rumor mill was still hard at work. Video calling, more RAM, and FM transmitter, and an illuminating logo were all there. But Apple seemed to keep things simple with the update, even giving Jonathan Ive and… Continue Reading »

One of the most highly anticipated announcements at this year’s WWDC was the iPhone. As usual, Apple has delivered and announced the iPhone 3Gs where the “s” stands for speed. The online Apple Store is down…of course
Here we are, the morning of the WWDC Keynote, and the Apple Store has been taken offline for a bit. What do you suppose will be in there when it comes back up? A new iPhone? Snow Leopard? The fabled Apple Netbook? It won’t be long before we find out,… Continue Reading »
Leaked images confirm iPhone Video?
Last minute leaked images before a keynote don’t always predict the future with 100% accuracy, but I tend to think they have a better track record than images that get “leaked” earlier. These images show what we’ve been seeing and hearing lately in rumors. Clearly, this image depicts the iPhone… Continue Reading »
