Wolfram|Alpha gets its very own iPhone site

Wolfram|Alpa—a popular, new knowledge engine—caught the geeks by storm a while back when it launched. This site is much different from Google in that it aims to answer your questions by analyzing your words and then creating graphs and charts to display the answers. The company has now launched an iPhone specific website that fans can check out when searching on the go. It looks much like what you would see on an iPhone app, but it doesn’t quite feel as nice. That said, it is nice to see them making an effort for mobile users.

There is also a webpage where you can offer suggestions and ideas to the company as to where the mobile use of this site should go in the future. One thing I would recommend first (which I’m sure plenty of people already have) is an iPhone specific app, as the interface will be much easier to manage and will work much more efficiently.  I’m sure we will see one soon, and I’ll be sure to download it as a companion to my Google Mobile app when it comes out.
