Where to eat at the Macworld expo

by Stephen Chinnadorai on Jan 9, 2008 at 08:31 AM

Dinner PlateJust like last year, Cyrus Farivar of MacUser has published his iPod-ready guide of where to eat at the Macworld expo. It’s what he calls “a field guide of eateries close to Moscone Center”. It’s a great bunch of text files ordered by cuisine, location and name. The list is the same as last year’s, but 5 more have been added: Red’s Java House, Brickhouse, Beard Papa, Canton Dim Sum and Taylor’s Refresher. “Distances from Moscone will be calculated based on whatever Google Maps says the distance is from 4th St. and Howard St., combined with my estimate that it takes 10 minutes to walk half a mile. Street location categories are based on the nearest major street, if not already on one.”

It’s an essential download for anyone who’s going to Macworld this year and has and iPod - and if you’re going to Macworld without an iPod, you’re one of a kind. If you’ve got any suggestions of “eateries” close to the Moscone center, then please email .
