iPhone App Reviews
iPhone Apps. They were great when the App Store was first announced and we could all pick and chose what we wanted, but the number is now overwhelming. Here at Appletell, we'll detail the great iPhone apps we find, and steer you clear from those that aren't worth it even if they're free.
iPhone Game Reviews

Video:
Those of us who adopted the 3G version of the iPhone are going to be jealous of the 3rd generation of the iPhone. I believealong with most of the people who follow Applethat the next generation of iPhone will have this functionality. I would even go so far as to say that, with all of the social networking technology out there, you will be able to upload a live, real time feed to the site or sites of your choice. I also think it will not be difficult to watch that feed on another iPhone on the other side of the world, if that is what you choose to do. 1st generation and 3G iPhones are going to be out of luck due to the lack of a video decoder in the handset. Just another reason to upgrade if you ask me.
Office natively:
I think Apple will start with iWork, obviously, but I think we will see an office suite of some kind on the iPhone very soon. A barebones version of Microsoft Office would be soon to follow. I know we already have support to read these kinds of document now, but what I am talking about is an app for creating and editing the documents. I know Microsoft Office is from the “enemy” but it is the most widely used office suite in the world. iWork is not even close. I agree iWork is better, but corporate America disagrees.
Netbooks:
I know there are images and ad clippings advertising a netbook from Apple. I cannot say 100% for sure that they are not going to throw their hat into the arena, but I do have to say that an Apple netbook is not something I would buy into. Let me explain. I like to play World of Warcraft, can’t do it on a netbook. I already have a mobile computer with my MacBook, so why add another device? A netbook would be perfect for my daughter, however, so she can save her money and get one if she so chooses. Bottom line is that if it cannot run most programs, and is not a phone, I don’t really need one.
In short, I think we can expect a video conferencing, office-using iPhone and/or a netbook in June. What do you think?
