Toon Boom updates Storyboard, Storyboard Pro

Storyboard ProToon Boom Animation has updated its Storyboard and Storyboard Pro digital story boarding software for Mac. The new updates add Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) support, faster performance and some new features in the Pro edition. I’ve never heard of Storyboard or Toon Boom Animation before, but this software looks interesting. Storyboard standard edition seems like a good deal if you’re going to use it at home, but the Pro edition is obviously for those in movie studios with a high budget.

Storyboard and Storyboard Pro are designed to give you “entirelessly paperless” resources for storyboard artists, writers, producers and others that need this type of software. Storyboard costs $249, Storyboard Pro costs $899.
