Sony CEO calls Steve Jobs “greedy”

Perhaps it’s true, or perhaps he’s just jealous, but Sony CEO Sir Howard Stringer recently called Steve Jobs “greedy”. Stringer was part of a panel discussing the impact of technology in everyday life, together with such heavy-weights like Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Google’s Sergey Brin when the incident occurred.
Apparently Sony’s head honcho said it was funny because Jobs accused the music labels over more money for music downloads. However, Jobs was being greedy over the iPhone because only Apple benefits; both AT&T and the average consumer are locked into high prices.
Fake Steve Jobs has issued a reply several minutes ago. Heh.
