Second Alabama store to open this Saturday

by Josh Holat on May 27, 2008 at 05:21 PM

Apple Store AlabamaThis Saturday, May 31st, at 10 A.M. Apple plans to open its second store in Alabama.  This store will be named the Bridge Street Store, but its official location is at 6782 Old Madison Pike, Huntsville, AL.  If you are from Alabama and are on the edge of your seat in anticipation, you can check out the store’s website over at Apple for now.  The first scheduled workshop for this store as of now is for iPhoto on June 2nd at 3 P.M.  Feel free to head on over there and catch some opening day shots for us to post!

With all these new Apple Stores opening up, it’s good to see how much Apple is expanding.  Hopefully this will help take the load off of individual stores for upcoming product launch days (maybe a 3G iPhone?), therefore making more stock available.  Either way, more stores can only be a good thing.  Congratulations fellow Apple fans in Alabama, let us know how it is!

It’s called the Bridge Street store because it is located in the new Bridge Street Mall complex. We are looking forward to it’s opening here in Huntsville.
