iPhone Game Reviews

The great thing about Black Friday is that it’s not longer just for Friday. Pangea Software, Inc., has proven this by announcing the early start of their 2009 Black Friday sale, during which all their iPhone games are just 99 cents. Also, they’ve announced the release of a free holiday app called Jive Turkey Shoot. Because, you know, what says joy and togetherness more than shooting turkeys. And potatoes.
“We wanted to do something to say thanks to all of our customers and fans who have helped support us over the years,” said Brian Greenstone, President of Pangea Software, “so we created ‘Jive Turkey Shoot’ as a special holiday freebie for everyone.” In Jive Turkey Shoot, the player shoots turkeys, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, and other holiday themed items for the best score. It can be downloaded for free on iTunes.
Buy why stop at one game for free when you can have nine more for just under $9? “Last year, our Black Friday sale was a huge success,” said Greenstone, “so this year we’re starting it a week earlythe Friday before Thanksgiving instead of the Friday after.” Pangea’s App Store selections includes Enigmo, Enigmo 2, The Finger, Otto Matic, Antimatter, Nanosaur 2, Billy Frontier, Bugdom 2, and Cro-Mag Rally. The prices normally average $3 to $4, but during their holiday sale the price is just 99 cents. And trust me…a good number of these games are worth more than their normal asking prices.
Additional information on each game, including links into the App Store, can be found at Pangea Software’s web site.
