Our new podcast: Meet...
We know. Podcasts are so last year - but this one you won't want to miss. Whether it’s a rumor that won’t die, a new product announcement, or just a really good Macintosh or iPhone app find that we have to let you know about, we’ll make sure it’s covered on Appletellcast.
iPhone App Reviews
iPhone Apps. They were great when the App Store was first announced and we could all pick and chose what we wanted, but the number is now overwhelming. Here at Appletell, we'll detail the great iPhone apps we find, and steer you clear from those that aren't worth it even if they're free.
iPhone Game Reviews
As Apple turns the iPhone into one of the most popular gaming devices, the staff of Appletell--gamers and Apple fans alike--are here to help you get the most entertainment value out of your app store purchases.

You can buy adapters from Apple, like I did, but they are overpriced, and you can’t go directly to HDMI; you have to do that fancy Mini DP to DVI to HDMI trick. I’ve done it, and by the way, it’s not that fun.
Monoprice will be releasing their adapter in just over a month, so it won’t be too much longer now that you’ll have to suffer without it. They’re going to be priced at $14.25 or less; the more you buy, the cheaper they get. You really can’t go wrong at that price. I know I’ll be picking one up when they are available.
Who knows, in that much time, we might have a new Mac Mini from Apple. That computer would definitely be equipped with a Mini DisplayPort connection. Monoprice’s adapter would effectively turn this rumored Mac Mini into the Ultimate Home Theatre Mac. Now, if only we can convince Apple to put a Blu Ray drive in it, too…
