Micro projector specifically for iPhone and iPod touch coming soon
Phonesuit have made a name for themselves in producing high quality iPhone and iPod touch accessories; to improve battery life, offer stylish bluetooth handsfree, and, of course, protect your precious iPhone. Now, they’ve decided to join forces with BeamBox to produce the first micro projector specifically for the iPhone and iPod touch, due to be released at the end of July 2009.
While your iPhone or iPod is docked, it would charge while projecting an image at 640 x 480 resolution on a wall or screen up to 40 inches in size - not bad for such a small device. There will also be options to connect the projector to your computer, via a VGA connection, and to most DVD and VHS players though a standard AV cable.
Micro projectors have yet to take the world by storm, but are becoming more popular with people on the move who may need to show presentations at various locations, and who could do without the hassle of carrying a lot of equipment and setting it all up. Showing a short film to people would be a breeze with this micro projector from Phonesuit and BeamBoxsimply dock your iPhone or iPod, select the required media, then sit back and relax.
