Macintosh

  • Coladia has released Return to Mysterious Island for Mac OS X. In this first-person survival adventure, players will encounter recognisable locations from the famous novel by Jules Verne, including the granite house, the volcano and the Nautilus. However, Return to Mysterious Island goes beyond Verne’s storytelling, as players take on the role of Mina, a courageous young woman on a solo round-the-world sailing expedition.<
  • app4mac has released the final version of Sequence 2.1 and Twin 1.1 for Mac OS X Leopard. Sequence is a quick and simple way to capture and save a screenshot or a screencast of your screen to the format of your choice. Twin is an innovative online backup solution for Mac OS X. It comes with an elegant user interface and a powerful assistant.
  • Pogoplug has announced support for journaled HFS+ formatted drives. Since journaled HFS+ was the last bastion of unsupported formats, this means that Pogoplug works with any type of drive. Anybody—whether on a Mac or a PC—who has any USB drive can plug into Pogo and access their media from anywhere in the world.
