  • DataMind Srl has announced Jade 1.3, their digital image processing application for Mac OS X Leopard. Implementing state-of-the-art algorithms to enhance color, contrast and dynamic range, Jade is an easy-to-use image enhancement and batch processing tool that will automatically improve digital images. As DataMind’s main product of a series of image processing and computer vision tools, Version 1.3 is a staff pick on Apple’s download website.
  • Air Mouse instantly transforms your iPhone or iPod touch into an in-air, wireless mouse for your computer! Sit back and surf the web, browse your photo library or control your music player from the comfort of your couch. Air Mouse uses the built in accelerometer to translate your hand motions into mouse movements on your screen. It can also operate as a touchpad, allowing you to control your computer with a single fingertip. Air Mouse is an essential part of any home theater PC and a presenters best friend.
  • Developer Mark Morris has announced that Torus is now available for iPhone OS 2.0. Torus redefines the ring toss into an inverted, escapist divertimento. Absorbing ambient audio surrounds you while Tori fall towards the Oakland Estuary off Jack London Square, as the ancient astronauts once enjoyed. The various Torus colors fall at different rates, the faster the Torus, the more points it’s worth.
  • MildMannered Industries has announced Baseline 1.4, an update to their highly rated disk usage utility for Mac OS X. Baseline features include directory, browser and graphical treemap views, QuickLook support, duplicate file detection, and comparison against previous scans. Version 1.4 adds support for hard links, allowing Time Machine backups to be scanned efficiently.

  • Markus Mueller has announced MindNode Pro 1.0.2, an update to his popular mind mapping application for Mac OS X Leopard. With a focus on ease-of-use, MindNode Pro features a very simple and intuitive interface that lets the user focus on expressing and developing ideas.   • Dejal Systems, LLC has announced the immediate availability of Dejal Caboodle 1.2, a useful application to collect text, images, and other content.
