  • Bjango has announced Darkness 1.2, an advanced world clock with some unique and interesting features. Darkness lets you see the current moon phase, the next 3 major moon phases, time for sunrise, noon, sunset, moonrise and moonset for any city in the world. A special “Current Location” city can also be used, which will track your position dynamically using GPS, giving you sunrise, sunset and other information for exactly wherever you may be.
  • Dare to be Creative Ltd. has announced the release of Sponge 1.0, a system clean and optimize tool for Mac OS X Leopard. Sponge combines three effective techniques to reclaim disk space into a single tool: removing applications, sweeping disk hogs and finding duplicates.
  • Credit Card Terminal turns your iPhone into a mobile virtual terminal for charging customers’ credit cards—a business solution targeted at mobile merchants. Currently priced at $49.99.
  • DRO Concepts has announced exclusive Carbon Fiber iPhone 3G Cases. The cases are made of authentic aerospace grade carbon fiber and offer a dual-layer design. Using an innovative new manufacturing process, the tough outer shell is made completely of carbon fiber. The interior is lined with snug, high quality, neoprene to provide a supple cushion, and the cases are finished off with a high gloss scratch resistant coating.   • Late Night Software Ltd. has announced the immediate availability of Script Debugger 4.5, the latest version of its award-winning AppleScript authoring environment.   • Binary Salad Games has announced the immediate release of Boomer’s Sky Fishing, their first game release for the iPhone and iPod Touch.   • The Jumsoft team has released Money 3.2 Grid, code name Grid, the noticeably better business accounting application. Localizations in German and French are improved; the user interface is renewed; and the company dealt with small bugs, too. The Jumsoft team stated that the aim of each feature is to make users’ work flow faster and that happy user feedback is proof that they have accomplished this.
  • FoggyNoggin Software has announce Lightastic! 1.0 for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Lightastic! is a new, ultra-modern twist on the old favorite, Lite-Brite.   • Zevrix Solutions has announced the compatibility of its products with the Adobe Creative Suite 4 software. The Zevrix products allow users to automate the output from InDesign, save disk space and production time through image optimization and automated packaging, and eliminate errors with thorough preflighting.
