  • Turning Technologies LLC, a leader in the student response industry, has announced the availability of ResponseWare on the Apple App Store. ResponseWare is a polling application that allows students to submit responses to interactive questions using their iPhone or iPod touch. The application immediately transfers their responses to a TurningPoint interactive polling slide which presents the class with a dynamic chart of the aggregate response data and stores student response data for later evaluation.
  • Vela Design Group has announced VelaClock 1.4 for iPhone 3G, the original iPhone, and iPod touch. VelaClock is a world clock with unique features and an easily configurable user interface. Users can quickly display the time of sunrise, sunset, dawn and dusk for three kinds of twilight, moon phase and tilt, and much more. VelaClock is invaluable to iPhone and iPod touch users who travel or communicate with friends and colleagues around the world.
  • bambooapps has announced the update of Keep Your Word for Mac OS X Leopard. Keep Your Word lets you build your own dictionary, classifying and grouping the terms exactly how you want to, while helping you to learn the longest list of words thanks to its different exercise modes. Version 1.4 brings many new features, like support for more cards sides, more drill options, many new grouping and classification options or new quick input panel.
  • EdgeRift, Inc. has released AllSecure 1.0, a password and information manager for Mac OS X. AllSecure makes collecting and securing personal information easy and fun with a graphically rich interface and robust security features. AllSecure encrypts any type of data, and offers nearly a dozen built-in templates to store passwords, bank accounts, credit cards, serial numbers, calling cards, frequent flyer information, insurance information, secure notes, and other information.
  • App Cubby has introduced Health Cubby 1.0, their new social fitness app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Health Cubby is designed to help users stay motivated by setting simple, realistic goals and tracking their progress in achieving those goals. Each theme incorporates background with animated flag of these countries: United States, European Union, Great Britain, Germany, Canada, Spain, France, Japan, Netherlands, Australia, Sweden and Italy.
  • Nuclear Nova Software has announced GL Golf Deluxe, a 22 course version of their award winning 3D golfing game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. In addition to releasing the deluxe version, Nuclear Nova has dropped the price of the standard six course version 25%. By leveraging the iPhone’s unique abilities, this golf game offers a realistic physics system and smooth, fluid graphics for compelling game-play.
  • Macvide has announced VideoFlash Converter 2.1, their video to Flash conversion utility for Mac OS X.   • ProteMac has announced ProteMac KeyBag 1.2, their keystroke recorder utility for Mac OS X.   • What’s On iPhone has launched the first online iPhone Application Developer’s Corner for iPhone developers today. The Developer’s Corner puts iPhone developers directly in touch with iPhone application consumers for the first time. Developers are able to provide promotional codes, Beta testing sign up, Q&A, and general application discussions directly with potential and existing users of the developers applications.
