  • ManyFriends.com has announced Maneki Neko (App Store link) for iPhone. Bringing luck, prosperity, wealth and romance to iPhone and iPod Touch owners worldwide, Maneki Neko is now available in the iPhone App Store for 99 cents.
  • Jumsoft has announced the release of Pages Clipart 3.0, a collection of 200 high-quality images to add to user’s presentations, invitations, Web pages, posters, and newsletters. The possibilities with Pages Clipart 3.0 are infinite, especially due to the product’s advantages, including transparent backgrounds, PDF format, and a variety of images. Moreover, Pages Clipart images are compatible with Apple Keynote, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other graphics programs.
  • Polo Planet Software has announced iMagePhone 1.0, an update to their wallpaper maker and image manager for iPhone and iPod Touch. Developed specifically for use with Apple’s iPhone, iMagePhone is a full fledged, adaptable graphics editor and wallpaper creation tool for the Desktop.
  • Cartoonizeme for the iPhone lets you add funny elements such as glasses, hats, mustaches and many more theme-based elements to your photos. Choose a photo from your iPhone or iPod touch camera roll or take a new one (only available on iPhone). Select the category of elements you want to add (facial, accessories or Dialogue Balloons), click on a desired sub-category (for example: Facial Elements > Mouths) and choose the desired element.
  • Eltima Software has released SyncMate version 1.4. SyncMate is an easy-to-use synchronizer for Mac and Pocket PC/Smartphone that can keep all documents, text messages, contacts, calendar entries and events and other stuff well organized. Version 1.4 provides users even more synchronization opportunities than before. SyncMate Expert Edition grants even more synchronization possibilities.
  • ProteMac has announced ProteMac KeyBag 1.0, their keystroke recorder utility for Mac OS X. With a focus on ease-of-use, ProteMac KeyBag allows control of all keyboard activity for each application on your Mac, showing you exactly what was typed and to where. ProteMac KeyBag provides real-time keylogger monitoring and shows the history of every keyboard and mouse activity.
  • MacVide has announced MacVide 3gp Converter 1.8, their mobile video conversion utility for Mac OS X. Developed specifically for Mac users, 3gp Converter allows video conversion to mp3 mobile video. All of the most popular formats are supported, and helps bridge the gap between many video standards. MacVide 3gp Converter offers an easy-to-use interface that guides the user through the conversion process.
  • Canvastic LLC announces the launch of their first online version of the popular publishing solution for students and teachers called Canvastic.NET. Canvastic version 3.5, is the desktop application for Macintosh and Windows computers. This web application version, .NET, extends the use of Canvastic to any computer anywhere with Internet access and the Adobe Flash plugin installed.
  • Thoughtful Tree Software has announced Modena, a countdown timer for the Mac. Modena allows countdowns to be viewed in the standard HUD window, in Full-screen Mode, or in Mini Mode where the timer sits in the toolbar. When the countdown is finished, a notification to the user be displayed using the popular Growl framework.
  • Former Blackberry and Windows Mobile users who have switched to the iPhone—and anyone else who wants to write emails on their iPhone much faster—will be glad to see the addition of “typing shortcuts” to the latest update to Wide Email, a landscape e-mail program for the iPhone.
  • Neuwert Media has announced Measures 1.2.1, their unit and currency conversion app for iPhone and iPod Touch. Designed with a focus on usability, Measures allows the user to perform conversions as easy and as fast as possible. It features all-in-one calculator like design, with the scroll wheels in the bottom for selection of categories and units. Now additionally localized in Japanese, Italian, French and Spanish. Many new units are added: shoes and clothes sizes, asian units and more.
