Macgamestore unleashes Fitness Frenzy Mac game

by Josh Holat on Jul 2, 2008 at 07:15 AM

Fitness FrenzyMacgamestore has released a Gogii Games application called Fitness Frenzy, in which the user must “...help all sorts of people, from newbie joggers to muscle-bound weight lifters, reach their personal goals.” You play the game as a fitness trainer named Vicki, and help your clients reach their goals using your fitness knowledge. The game offers 50 unique levels of game play and 10 fitness centers, as well as “cute, funny” characters.

Who needs Wii Fit when you can play this? Sure, it’s not really working out per se, but it’s close enough for us geeks.

Fitness Frenzy will run you $19.95 after your demo, a small price to pay to help virtual people get into shape. It works with Mac OS X v10.3.9 or higher, and is a universal binary, meaning it will work with both your PPC and Intel based Macs. If you are looking for motivation to get you into shape for this summer, check this game out, then make sure to report back here with how it is.
