We know. Podcasts are so last year - but this one you won't want to miss. Whether it’s a rumor that won’t die, a new product announcement, or just a really good Macintosh or iPhone app find that we have to let you know about, we’ll make sure it’s covered on Appletellcast.
iPhone App Reviews
iPhone Apps. They were great when the App Store was first announced and we could all pick and chose what we wanted, but the number is now overwhelming. Here at Appletell, we'll detail the great iPhone apps we find, and steer you clear from those that aren't worth it even if they're free.
iPhone Game Reviews
As Apple turns the iPhone into one of the most popular gaming devices, the staff of Appletell--gamers and Apple fans alike--are here to help you get the most entertainment value out of your app store purchases.

Microsoft has declared that Mac Office 2008 has gone gold, and they are manufacturing them as we type. On January 15th, 2008, just over a month away, Mac Office 2008 will go on sale retailing from $150 to the super-ultimate deluxe $500 version (aka the Special Media Edition). If you really want to save a serious amount of cash though, you can just buy a current copy of Mac Office 2004 retailing for $130 for Students and Teachers, and for $330 for everyone else.
Once you buy it, you have to fill out the Super Suite Deal Redemption Form (where does Microsoft get these names?) by February 14th, 2008, and you will get Mac Office 2008 Special Media Edition for free. Well, not really free, you have to pay for shipping, which is only $7. Still, you save a lot of money, and it’s a very good idea if you plan on buying Mac Office 2008 anyways.
