Full FeedLeaked images of MacBook mini?
“What’s that?” you say. “Another rumor about a MacBook mini!?” Yup; you know you love it. You can’t get enough, and neither can I. Here are some “leaked” images of a possible MacBook mini. You might want to avert your eyes if you are on a low sodium diet since you’re going to need a ginormous grain of salt with these.
As reported by 9to5Mac, the images come from a Russian Magazine, whose name I’d provide, if only I could read Russian. Included with the pics are some specs which actually don’t look bad for an Apple netbook. This is, in fact, breaking the first rule of leaked images. Leaked images are always taken with shaky cams in the back room of a warehouse with tons of grain and low megapixel counts. Some would say rules are made to be broken, others would say it’s just too good to be true. Here are the accompanying specs to the images. I especially enjoy the NVIDIA chip along with the LED backlighting.

So, what do you think? I get the feeling this might just be a bouquet of untruthfulness, but hey, the flowers look pretty, so I’ll stop and take a gander. The specs don’t look that unbelievable, but it looks a lot like a MacBook Air. I’m not saying this couldn’t be real, I just get the feeling these images are Photoshopped. The keyboard’s reflection makes me suspicious. I can’t remember the last time I saw anything other than light reflecting off of an Apple display. This would, of course imply, that it’s either a real picture (not a render) or a Photoshop job. But that display looks awfully nice for a real image. And what happened to those touch screens that were supposedly already ordered by Apple?
That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if Apple releases this exact machine in the coming months. Thoughts?
