Kevin Rose: Apple’s next-gen 3G iPhone to feature dual cameras, mobile iChat video

If you watched the last episode of Diggnation, you will have noticed that Kevin Rose released an exclusive rumor about a second-generation iPhone. During the episode, he mentioned that third-party developers are restricted to only applications that run in the foreground, not in the background - there is also no dedicated IM client for the iPhone at this point in time. This is because Apple will be releasing a new iPhone in a few months, with 3G connectivity and two cameras; this will enable mobile iChat video at decent quality thanks to 3G.
