It seems that Alibaba.com has a listing for a “Screen Protector for iPod Nano 4th Gen,“ and, potentially far more interesting, a picture of the rumored device.
This lines up with pretty much all of the current rumors for the new iPod nano 4th Gen. It has a click wheel and dock connecter, like we’ve come to expect. This picture appears to suggest the body of the device will be curved, but it looks as if the screen is flat. The screen also seems to be taller, making widescreen video much easier to watch.
Alibaba also has a listing for the iPod touch 2nd Gen. Unfortunately, this one is significantly less juicy. The pic doesn’t show the back of the device, and the front looks exactly the same as the current iPod touch.
With all the iPod update rumors flying around, I can’t wait for the September 9th Apple event when we’ll find out the truth about some new Apple products. It’s less than a week away, so we won’t have to wait long.
