How to get Emoji for Free!
Ever since Apple added the Emoji icon support to the Japanese keyboard layout, everyone else has been wanting it for whatever reason. There are ways of doing it through jailbreaking or buying a certain program, but now there’s a free alternative.
I uncovered this little gem while reading TUAW. They linked to a website called Waterworld. There, they have a great tutorial on how to get Emoji icons on your iPhone for free. First you’ll have to download an app called Spell Number. Then you’ll have to type the secret number, which isn’t much of a secret. It’s 9876543.21. I’ll let you go to the link to read the rest, but it’s very easy. And after it’s all done, you don’t even need the application to stay on your iPhone.
So, go read the tutorial and find out how to fully express your emotions without actually using the voice features of your iPhone.
