Last week, Appletell ran a contest in which our readers were asked to tell us what they’d race across the globe to save if it was ever stolen from them. The contest was inspired by Freeverse’s Wingnuts Moto Racer for the iPhone, which, along with Big Bang Sudoku for iPhone and Hordes of Orcs and Big Bang Brain Games for the Mac/PC, were the prizes.
Answers ranged from dogs to children to tasty breakfast foods and beyond, but in the end, we had to give the prize to the contestant who not only touched his iPhone, but our hearts as well.
Congratulations to Adam D., who offered:
It would have to be my ability to love. Think about it, what would this world become without love?
You had us at “It,“ Adam. You’re a warrior for all that’s good, and we salute you, sir! May your days be full of love, and your nights full of motorcycles, orcs, brains and numbers arranged in specific patterns.
We’ll have no contest at Appletell this week, but we’ll be back with one next week that’ll be so mind-blowing it’ll…well, to steal a line from Michael Ian Black, “... it will blow your mind all over your face!“
