Boingo has announced that they will be offering Apple iPhone users free Wi-Fi access at 13 airports during the month of August. The free service will be offered when users access the network with their iPhone, they will also be given the option to sign up for a Boingo account if they like the service. Boingo currently offers paid users to a network of 100,000+ hotspots.
The Wi-Fi will be free at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, Midway International Airport, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, Nashville International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, O’Hare International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport and Will Rogers World Airport.
