In the last month, rumors upon rumors have been swirling around, including one of a September 9th Apple event. Today, Engadget claims that the event is indeed set for the 9th (a week from today, Tuesday the 2nd) and has a nifty image describing the event. As pictured above, the event’s information is displayed on an iPod classic/nano interface and says the event will be in San Francisco, at 10am. Above the info is a tagline, “Let’s Rock,” all but confirming this event will focus on the iPod line.
What will this event introduce into Apple’s iPod line? Perhaps the Kevin Rose iPod nano (as it is now known) is actually for real, given the cases already made in its form factor. Maybe the interactive album art app will come to fruition, and become the killer app the iPhone / iPod touch still lacks.
Comment and share your thoughts on what you think the event will bring.
