Do you think it may be able to do the simple task of hiding the Mail app at login this time?
on June 8, 2009 at 02:50 PM - LINKGreat price, but I was hoping for a new look too.
Booting from ZFS volumes and an end to the kernel panic crashes that arise from storage errors are what I wanted. Are those features included?
Also hoping for:
- Coverflow mode for the Finder that scales the preview images to the window rather than showing images so small. On-the-fly per-window icon scaling too—needs to match or exceed Windows7 functionality.
on June 9, 2009 at 01:24 AM - LINK- Big Folder improvements to simplify locating and accessing files stored on networked systems.
- Full NTFS and ZFS support; it’s a shame to have to use 3rd-party software for such basic functions.
- An email app with the visual appeal of Google Gmail. Native hooks to Google Apps.
