Our new podcast: Meet...
We know. Podcasts are so last year - but this one you won't want to miss. Whether it’s a rumor that won’t die, a new product announcement, or just a really good Macintosh or iPhone app find that we have to let you know about, we’ll make sure it’s covered on Appletellcast.
iPhone App Reviews
iPhone Apps. They were great when the App Store was first announced and we could all pick and chose what we wanted, but the number is now overwhelming. Here at Appletell, we'll detail the great iPhone apps we find, and steer you clear from those that aren't worth it even if they're free.
iPhone Game Reviews
As Apple turns the iPhone into one of the most popular gaming devices, the staff of Appletell--gamers and Apple fans alike--are here to help you get the most entertainment value out of your app store purchases.

Apple has been investing a lot of time and money in promoting it’s brand internationally—especially in Japan. Again, Apple is offering another give away in Japan for…nothing. Just out of the kindness of Apple’s hearts. It probably has nothing to do with the fact that Macs are selling faster than PCs in Japan. Anyway, iTunes Japan is giving away 10 prizes of 100 iTunes songs only on the Japanese iTunes Store. They will choose 10 entrants from now until January 8th, that will be given 100 free iTunes songs, an incredible value 19,000¥, or about $100.
All you have to do to enter is fill out the online registration form. Now the problem with giveaways like this, is that there are only 10 winners in a country of 127,000,000 residents. In other words, you have the same chance of winning as getting struck by lightning right now. Still reading this? No lightning? Well, I guess you would have lost the contest.
