Apple creates another web ad, Microsoft isn’t on the internet yet

by Josh Holat on May 18, 2009 at 09:16 PM

Apple web adApple, who seems to have a habit of creating news web ads that take over almost every ad spot on the New York Times homepage, is at it again with their “#1 In Customer Experience” ad. This ad shows how a recent survey reveals that Apple is #1 in customer experience. As usual, PC tries to find a way around this by getting opinions from two men on the left side of the website.  When given the chance to talk, these two men then praise how Macs are so easy to use and how helpful the Genius Bar can be.  As always, it ends out with Mac on top again.

Recently there has been quite the debate between Apple and Microsoft in their television ads. However, we have yet to see Microsoft create an ad like this for the web where Apple still reigns supreme as far as ads go. Surely the TV ads get plenty more viewers, but it would still be interesting to see what happens if Microsoft decided to make an ad like this.
