A band of iPhones, iBand
We’ve all see musicians use vocals or other household items to create melodies for us to hear. One thing you may not of seen is iBand. This very unique and new musical band plays an electronic ensemble, played off gaming consoles and the beloved iPhone. Instruments used in this ensemble:
- Nintendo DS (using the Elektroplankton music simulator)
- An iPhones running iAno, a piano simulator
- An iPhone running PocketGuitar, a guitar simulator.
In the future the group plans on adding a 3rd iPhone running a guitar simulator and cut out the DS. Fine, the band isn’t completely digital… some table-tapping is involved, besides that, watch the video of the band rocking out on a couple iPhones.
