Here we go again, Apple is gathering analysts and members of the media for a Mac-related press event to be held at the company’s headquarters in Cupertino on Tuesday, August 7th, 10am PDT.
It seems that this a much lower key event than before in terms of invitations, with just phone calls from Apple’s media relations team, and very clear statements that no iPhone or iPod ‘news’ will be announced.
That just leaves Mac updates, which could include updates to the iMac range, or maybe even a fond farewell to the 17” option, new keyboards, or a personal wish - all Mac Pro’s now 8 core with the recent Intel price drop. Start ticking off the days and prepare yourself for days and days of speculation.
